Fitch is proud to support the formation of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). ERGS are groups of employees who join together as a community in the workplace based on shared characteristics, similar backgrounds or life experiences. All of our ERGs welcome allies who want to learn more about these communities and get involved. One third of all Fitch Group employees are engaged with at least one of our ERGs, highlighting their real business impact while providing opportunities to have an open dialogue about the issues that matter most.

Fitch Black And Latinx Alliance Network for Corporate Excellence, also known as BALANCE, is an employee resource group created to help diversify the workforce by advocating for and assisting with programming geared towards increasing representation, retention, and leadership ranks for Black and Latinx colleagues who are dedicated and committed to the company’s overall success.

In celebration of diversity, advancement and culture. EMBRACE is an employee resource group created to represent black, brown and minority staff across all regions and Fitch offices.
