Andreas Karaiskos

Andreas Karaiskos is Chief Executive Officer of Fitch Learning, a leading provider of learning and development solutions for financial services professionals worldwide. He was appointed to this position in July 2014 and is based in London.

He joined 7city in 2011 to start up the Middle East and Africa business and founded the UAE office, which became part of Fitch Learning following Fitch Group’s 2013 acquisition. In early 2014, he also took on responsibility for the Asia-Pacific region, complementing his leadership across the Middle East and Africa.

Mr. Karaiskos joined Fitch Learning following senior leadership roles at Barclays Wealth and HSBC. At Barclays Wealth, he served as Head of Leadership, Learning and Development and was a member of the Executive HR Leadership team. He previously served as Head of Learning for HSBC’s Global Businesses, where he led global programs supporting strategic talent and capability development.
